I've been a premium user for years. Over the last few years, TP is slowly removing funcionality from the android app. The app is now creating more problems than solutions. I am always on the go so I use the app 95% of the time, the web version is not really an option for me. Unfortunately, I renewed my subscritpion early, am currently trying to get a refund for that.

Captures workouts quickly. It's a max of 10 records settable per workout (not sure if there's a max on apple but it's at least 12), finding your records later is not only hard but it seems wrong, for example I set a record for my 5k and TP imported it fine, gave me a little medal, and yet when I look at records for Run - Time - 5k - All Time, it's not there & neither is my record from 3w ago - just two much slower ones from last year?? The charts are inscrutable & repeat like 60 times????

Glad that a coach can come in to add workouts but this interface is very clunky and hard to use. There's not a way to add a course to a workout either so on Garmin you'll choose navigation or a planned workout. Example of clunky - to have a conversation with your coach, it's in the "post activity notes" where you can't post a note but edit the entire workout in order to add to it and save it.
