I like the concept and I use the app for both borrowing and landing tools. Unfortunately the app has bugs and customer service is very slow in responding and solving issues. For months I cannot withdraw money I have earned by borrowing my tools as it is impossible to pass through the verification process. It is interesting that I didn't need to get verified before I paid for borrowing tools from others but when I want to get paid I need to be verified. Bug or a feature?

This service traps you into a paid subscription. Hear me out before you use it: There are some real stuff on here that you can lend or rent from real persons, however most of the items are just the tools that users are tricked into marking that they own it, without a description or photo. You will require a paid subscription even for contacting a lender/renter, so before you even know an item is actually available. Most of the time, this is not the case, so beware.

It is understandable that you want to earn money with the app you create, maintain, and invest a lot of time on, but the current revenue model just does not suit the concept. You would gain more traction if you would charge a small percentage per actual rental than charging renters upfront. The app with its current subscription form is useless as platforms like these only strive if a large comunnity makes use of it.
