Keeps having bugs and issues with the speaker/audio setting during video. Can't hear my provider during video because it won't turn on speaker phone capability, nor is there any setting on the app for me to change it. Had to hold the phone to my ear to hear my provider, which nullifies the purpose of a video visit.

We're so sorry Sheri. We will have engineering check into this as soon as possible, but in the meantime have you tried using a headset? EDIT (05/08/2020) - speakerphone is now turned on by default in the latest version of the app, v1.17.5.

Sorry! We believe we've addressed this issue with the latest app update, v1.16. Please let us know if you're still having problems. Update (05/17/2019): Once again, so sorry! We didn't realize you were specifically having problems with links in emails, but we've looked into that specific issue for the v1.16.2 release. Thanks for reporting this.

Great for work. App format is easier to use than the online website. Great for telehealth. I was unable to call or video via Ping (but I was using Mac? Still ...) otherwise a good messaging app. Clients were very receptive to use. Again user friendly, simple app
