I'm in a tristate area. I work with law enforcement and yet this app had nothing with 200 miles of my location. From a law enforcement view, its always a good advantage connecting with your local law enforcement, not everyone has the same mindset of connecting with Police, as a member of law enforcement community, its imperative to understand society has entered a police state. Police have zero trust in the public and the public has very little trust in us. In promoting an app, try to adapt.

Basic info readily available. However you must be "tech-savvy" to disable pop-ups for any downloaded reports, since the notification (in red) does not link to settings options.
