Used to work far better. Now mobile deposit stinks. Won't focus properly on checks and picture is dark. Only works if I uninstall the app, then reinstall. And that only works once, then I have to repeat that process. Have made multiple requests for help with no response. I live out of state, so mobile deposit is crucial and if this isn't fixed I may have to leave the bank.

There is much to like about this: ease of use, clear directions, a range of banking features that are practical & needed from time to time. The security is excellent. In using the inquiry section, my questions are clearly & thoroughly answered, in a timely manner. GICU is a solid banking/credit union; I plan to rrmain with them!

Slow with updates, very old style for the layout, not user friendly, hardly works, online banking down multiple times a month. Though you can use your fingerprint to sign in so I guess that's neat or something. I had it at 1 star but I'm going to give a pity star because I feel bad.
