I've used and loved Redbox for years. The streaming is a big plus, and absolutely great feature. You pay a little more then going to the kiosk, but that's the price you pay for convenience. All in all I've been satisfied with they're service. It can be a bit of a pain when you forget about the disk and pay the extra day but, hey what can you do 😅. That's often why I pay to stream. 🤣👍

This is a pretty good app that suffers from a fatal flaw: no one seems to have tested it as an actual customer would. Here's the scenario: I start the app, find a nearby location, select some movies, add them to my cart, then try to check out. It prompts me to log in, despit e the fact that I should be logged in already. I log in, and guess what? All the movies I tested are gone from my cart. Filters to show Blu-ray discs for purchase are also broken. Redbox, please test your app.

EDIT: So far, the only thing I can't use is my free movie rentals. I have two Free rentals that can only be used at the kiosk. I have since found the promos for 50 cents off etc in the app. Thank you for the response, Redbox! I hate the fact that being homebound means I lose out on all the specials. none of the coupons work when streaming, so I have to go out of my way to drive to a kiosk. Coupons should be available for streaming as well. I would use the service a lot more if I could.
