App don't work Maybe if we could order without it crashing then you'd get more orders. Plus you can't call the restaurant to order anymore so it means uber eats is the only option which has a premium and you can't use the points. This leaves me with no other option than to leave my house and travel 42 seconds down the road and wait in line like a commoner.

It's way more expensive through the app than in store.. if your delivering they add extra per item and delivery fee.. if you are picking up extra per item. Just go to the store and grab it..

Guven your rating here. What is Nandos doing to improve customer experience when online? Is theee a number i can call because you guys havent fixed any of its issues and the email support gives about app ossues. The comoany says they dont even support the app anymore. So whats up? What are you doing? I wont use you if i have to arrive and wait 30 mins. I order ahead so i just have to grab it and can keep going with my day. Probably worst app of all fast food. Especially its change number sy
