Holy... This is painful. Inputs are the slowest thing I've ever dealt with. I tapped on a clip which wouldn't open, so I kept moving on, eventually closing the app. I kid you not 20 minutes later that clip comes up on my screen while I'm on Instagram. I tried to save the clip to my gallery then, just for the app to close on itself Edit: I finished this review about 3 minutes ago and tried to download a 15 second clip again. The whole app closed down and took me back here for no reason.

I like the app and use it very regularly. Makes it easy to make purchases and manage games on my PS5. Great to get notifications when friends come online and see what they're playing. Can even join chat if I'm not near my PS5. For months now, even after the recent update, I get "Well, that didn't work. Can't load games" over and over and over. Seems to be happening more often than not now. No amount of cache clearing or resetting app or anything seems to fix it.

Generally a difficult to navigate app with a complex interface. I find it challenging to find my free monthly games and also search for games I might want to buy. The trailers for games often freeze and have other issues. Recently I tried to change from a password to their access key and it is impossible to sign on to the app with this feature in place. It gives a QR phone, on my phone, to scan with my phone...ridiculous. I had to log in on my computer to remove the passkey.
