Frustrated with this app! My card reader won't pair. It's consistently asking to enable location for the reader and then just ask again and again. The Beta Version is not as userfriendly. I have to have both apps on my phone to function my business. If I want to quick checkout a client or add a product, I have to use this version. If I want to run a card on my reader, I have to use beta and PRAY that it even links to my reader. The inconvenience of switching to another booking site seems near.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration with the apps. This sounds stressful and not what I want for you. We are working on a new app that will have access to all settings including quick checkout. App randomly closes on it's own or freezes doing everyday tasks. The card readers are the worst! I've gone through 3 and at best the newest works sometimes. I have to use square if I want consistency. I would switch completely but I've taken the time to add everything and don't want to start over. Bring back the square integration like before! Take away features you like to replace with features you don't. Don't bother making suggestions. They don't listen.

So glad you reached out! We did uncover a bug causing the app to crash when connected to a device and are working on a fix. There is a new Beta Android app that will also fix this issue if you want to give it a try and check it out in the meantime. Reach out to us at support@schedulicity.com and we can let you know when the fix is released.

I purchased a new phone and noticed that the schedulcity app did not transfer from my previous old phone. I downloaded the app to my new phone and didn't realize I missed 2 critical appointments that were not transferred from the app to my message/calendar like it did in the past. I think the Schedulicity app might be antiquated. I can't wait for this apt to be fixed. I will check next month. Hopefully, it will be repaired. Sorry only 1 star.

It looks like you might be a client, not a business. You'll want to be using our client app to book and see your upcoming appointments. It's the white one with the purple S and says Schedulicity. Give that a try to find your appointments and if you have troubles you can reach out to us at support@schedulicity.com we're here to help!
