Terrible experience with the app! I've used this app for 2 or 3 years now & it is worse each time I login. I've been able to login without much trouble but navigating in the app is maddening. For the past week, navigating inside the app is a series of click and spins which take you no where and eventually time out. I would have given only 1 Star but at the last minute my item pulled up and I was able to place an order. Please, Sears, work on the app. Would love to utilize it more often.

i am a sears lover. it's one of the few stores where i can still find classic and not only fashion clothing at affordable prices. the layaway system works great for me and you can do it right in the app with the option for delivery or pick up (the one i always choose). also, sears have a membership where they give you points to use on your next shopping and that's more money you can save, especially with today's economy, and you have kids that's very helpful. thank you sears!

App itself is fine. But ALWAYS runs in background. PERMANENTLY uses 50-80mb of ram as background service. I even had disabled its background data & notifications, etc. No matter how many times app is killed, it auto starts immediately in the background. I finally uninstalled the sears app. Maybe I'll install it for my next order. Or, just shop a different retailer.
