Things changes & rarely I had to cancel my orders. Within the past year I had to cancel twice. To my surprise, the exact same experience. 10-15 minutes later the driver showed up. When I told them I've cancelled, they showed me their phone and my order still on their screen. I had to pull down their screen to refresh. My suggestion, please auto refresh every minute. It's unpleasant to deal with drivers lecturing me not to cancel shortly before they arrive, when in reality I've cancelled long ago

The app forces you to tip drivers. I don't know how Google Play allows this app to continue for that reason alone. Some of these drivers can't even follow Google Maps. When it rains, the app doesn't work. If I could give zero stars I would.

It is a great apps. However, the receipt part should be improved. Especially if it is used for claim. It could be better if it shift the EZ point award at the bottom. So that we can screenshot all transaction in one page.
