Apparently unable to mark potholes unless you're currently right next to them. This makes it very difficult (or even impossible) for your copilot to report potholes you've already hit on the highway.

A few years ago Montgomery County in Maryland stopped accepting pothole reporting from this app. Is that still the case?

We have approached them every year since 2012 but they seem to prefer the website process for reporting potholes.
