I have changed the battery out 3 times, they are all fully charged the system still tells me they are "low battery" and to charge them! The system has not sent any notifications for several days! Can't figure out what is wrong with the system, so frustrating! The camera seems to appear to be working based on the blue flashing light.

Recently purchased my second system to protect a second location. I'm always amazed at how easy it is to configure a system to exactly meet my needs, regardless of complexity. And, based on personal experience over the last six years, their monitoring service is 5 star in every respect. Their texts to notify of an alarm are practically instant and the call to my cell phone follows within seconds. Now I can update firmware and make system control modifications all from my cell phone app.

Easy to use and we've always recieved a call anytime the alarm has gone off. 4 stars instead of 5 because the outdoor camera settings are really annoying. We have one on our garage and we get a notification every single time there is movement. So if we're doing yard work or chilling outside, our phones are binging nonstop. They have a feature where you can silence it for 60 minutes, but if you're outside for several hours you're having to do that multiple times.
