Horrible experience. I tried to use the mobi parking from the app, and it was showing me error over and over again, so I had to buy a ticket manually in the machine. To my surprise, a few hours later all my balance was gone from the App. So unfair that is showing an error and then its charging me. Additional, the help interface doesn't work and it tells me I don't have permission to raise a claim. It's impossible to contact them.

This app is a good experience for buying transportation tickets. But if you want to pay for parking the experience is absolutely the worst you can imagine, but at least it doesn't steal your money. Well that is if you don't get the ticket for the horrible way you choose the location you are parked. (-250 pln so far) Instead of using an interactive map with locations that are nicely to be selected on the map you get... a list of locations... with list of sub locations.

Application is terrible. Very often crashes as it cannot detect internet connection. Sometimes simple parking ticket purchase is a challenge as app says it was not bought, but in fact it was. But the worst is delay in transactions. I often buy parking tickets and cannot find it in the history after I terminate it even though everything seemed to work fine.
