Latest update has ruined the app. Unable to make mobile deposits because the app constantly says the amount on the check does not match what I've entered for the deposit. The most basic of numbers a 1 and some zeroes but the app cannot recognize them. If you call for assistance they tell you there is no problem with the system and it is probably the lighting 😯 try a different location with different lighting. 🤦🏻‍♂️

The updates are terrible & useless for the user. I can't see from the list of transactions where the debit went, I have to click on the item, then when I close it, the list returns to the top so I have to scroll through the list again. Also, they've added a static balance field that takes up 1/3 of the screen. Doesn't look like they got user input. Really bad interface that uses screen real estate for static balance info & annoying level meter. & IT DOESN'T WORK! I'M STUCK ON THE PREV LVL/3+WKS!

I am confused with the update why there is an animation every time that makes it load slower. I tried to make a transfer and after hitting confirm I got an error message that was going off the top of the screen so I couldn't read it, now I have no idea if the transfer went thru or not. Luckily I have to go in the branch anyways to see if I can deposit a torn check so hopefully they can help me figure it out.
