The app is very convenient. I live in Florida so I utilize remote start on a daily basis. My husband and I both have the app for the same vehicle and my complaint is that whoever makes the remote start request does not get the notification that it was successful. So if I start up the car with my phone, my husband gets the notification and vice versa. It doesn't make sense.

Edit: 1 week later. App is now working correctly for me. App stopped connecting to the server and will not log me in. I thought it was an issue for the day like it usually is, but it has been 4 days now, and it still won't work. I have cleared all data and cache and un-installed it to no avail. I have started to use the website instead of the app since it works for me.

When it works, it's great, but it rarely works. Problems seem mostly server-side, not the app itself, but various functionality has been working only maybe 4 days out of the past 3 weeks. I haven't been able to login on the app for a couple days, although browser login works fine. Often activity in the app is hours behind, sometimes days behind, and you'll get false notifications about an unlocked car which scare you for no reason. Truly bad software development.
