maybe the app as it self works perfect or maybe not, but it should have an option if you don't live in the country to have the option to buy the ticket with your credit card and not only through a phone number. Maybe there are turists for few days that does not use the bus so often. Also doesn't have great search engine. it is a bit messy. The main function for the app should be for people to be able to buy ticket and it does not do that.

Buses rarely come on time. You can't change the date and see the schedule for the upcoming day(s). Some of the routes are cancelled but they still show up on the schedule. Fix the app please!

App never shows correct arrival times for buses, with a huge error margin, also a problem with the google maps system. Ive never seen 5 arive on time and i got used to never wait at the times shown as its never correct
