Absolutely terrible customer service, the only way to contact anyone is through the chat function, anything more than help with assigning drivers they are useless, orders go missing all the time, they often say the "quality team" will look into it and get back, been using it for 6/8 months but haven't received a single response. The drivers can cancel orders even after they have picked it up if they don't press a button to say they picked it up, this happens on a regular basis.

In theory this is amazing in practice... app is completely useless. I was unable to book a pick up/delivery so contacted customer service, who were actually super helpful. Unfortunately, my personal opinion is, if you still have to use a laptop or pc to use this service, there's 0 point for the app to be taking up storage on my phone ^_^

Terrible experience from start to finish. The drivers dont check packages are correct and you dont get a refund if they deliver the wrong package. The driver refused to take the package back and retrieve the correct one. I was unable to go to the shop to pick up the item I had already paid £6.90 for them to deliver. So i ended up paying £6.90 in delivery fees and not actually receiving the item. They refused to provide a refund. First and last time using this app. DO NOT USE.
