Update: September 27,2022 So many bugs!! After the last update the user experience went from ok to horrible!! reduced the font size, wasted so much space, bug in remark, takes more click to transfer to a beneficiary, made summary confusing and more. I think the developers don't use this app. They are just happy to play around messing things up. Updated on April 6,2022 The App crashed, can't open. Android is showing message that the app has a bug and crashing. Very disappointed.

It seems the devs has a tendency of providing updates every now and then which will break the already perfect app ! My city touch app was updated last night. Today i was trying to make a purchase on a pos machine but they rejected the transaction. Then i tried again and made the purchase. But i got 3 sms of the same transaction which got me worried. I tried to log into the app but the app crashed & refused to open. So i couldn't verify on the spot if i was billed more then once or not. 2 stars

The features are good. But in several places inside the app, the dropdown data shows "No records found". After numerous attempts, it sometimes shows the dropdown data or does not show at all. Please fix these issues.
