Look, the App is garbage. It is super slow, if you need specifics or need information, this app is not where you get it. The chat feature is laughable. You get connected 99% the time to someone who doesn't understand and cannot help. This may be AI, it doesn't work whatever it is. Most of the information reported is inaccurate. The app cannot even get my phone right for 4+ years. Please do better T-mobile.

The app seemed to work fine for quite a while, but now it's unusable. Only thing I get is the loading screen saying, "Setting you up." Once and a while it'll ask me for biometrics, but the immediately goes back to the loading screen. Just in case it was just being slow to load I waited a half hour once with no change.

I'm reviewing the app, not the service (as you should). This app is very not good. It's extremely slow. It takes 5 seconds to reload any screen you're on if it loses focus at all for any reason. You'll run into things you want to manage that require you to just call (which defeats the point of the app), something that doesn't happen with some other companies I've used. Sometimes it refused to load at all, or will say you need to log in even though you just logged in. They should do much better.
