Bluetooth doesn't work with this. I have to hold the phone up to my ear while wearing hearing aids. The only sound on my device that doesn't go through them. Nothing ever translates into text either. Not even automated voices. It's dumb and useless. I just reinstalled it like someone suggested but still garbage. And I learned that I could pay for a premium account, so it's just a grift to get me to buy something. Smh.

Man, it's really not good. It only gets maybe 1 in 5 messages successfully "transcribed", at best. I'm a transfer customer from Sprint and I gotta say: Sprint's (much older) VVM was WAY BETTER, and there's no excuse cuz I was using Sprint's VVM 10+ years ago. I've also asked friends who have Verizon, Google-Fi, and even ATT and it seems to only be a problem on T-Mobile's app. Then again, T-Mobile generally has worse software compared to their rivals. C'mon T-Mobile... Do better!

Update 2024: The translation thing used to work on and off but nownit seems like ot only wants to translate and I do not want AI in my phone as much as I can control it so this app no longer records voice messages for me. Original rating: It's pretty good but takes awhile to come in and a long time to delete messages out of phone. Oh it never dictates the messages, it used to years ago but stopped.
