it gets worse rather than better with time. cant log in so I can't use my custom keyboard or any of the synced data. finally have up on using SwiftKey as my primary keyboard... it's a shame. I've had auto correct turned off and auto spacing turned off...and all of a sudden now it auto corrects things and there's no way to change it. It also often automatically inserts a space before entering a period (.) at the end of a sentence. Both of these things happen randomly.

This app was much, much better before Microsoft got their hands on it & ruined it. The predictive feature is a joke. Voice text is just terrible. I have to go back and correct a lot of words after using voice text before sending. It's hit-or-miss as to whether or not it recognizes punctuation. It sometimes types out words like "period", or "question mark". etc. That was never a problem before Microsoft. Why "fix" something that's not broken?

Swipe is pretty bad. You'd think with their Copilot integration maybe they could use that to try and figure out better sentence structure to better understand the swipe text, but no. It's really awful. I have a Fold 5, and using the tiny keyboard is worthless with swipe. Gets almost every word wrong. The big keyboard is more frustrating. Also, removing a word only removes out for a short period of time. I never want OK. That's not how I type! I use ok. I have to remove it every couple of weeks.

Hello Chris, we're really sorry to hear this! Try slowing down your swipes and making sure to hit all the letters in the word. With time, the keyboard should learn from your typing habits and improve its predictions. Also, you can try diving into SwiftKey’s settings to manage its autocorrect behavior. Look for options related to ‘Autocorrect’.
