I don't understand every payment made it only gives me 21 days and not the full 30 days. Also, my data does not go back to 100 percent. I feel I should go back to Verizon

I didn't understand why but for some reason the app doesn't ever want to load call allow me to see how much data I have available. I've also attempted to add more data and I don't know if you charge me or not but I feel like it charged me and didn't give me more data also it at the last cookie

This is not a question, it's a complaint! Since the beginning of the month I have had nothing but problems with my internet. I am paying for 10 gigs of high speed data but what is high speed if the data shuts off every few minutes and I have to wait 10 minutes before my data is back on. I have called several times to solve the problem but it has done no, good. It took 3 days for my "high speed" data to download a 2 gig movie I bought on Google. Now my high speed data is used up and the internet
