Positively useless. Nothing works. It struggles to even allow you to log in half the time. Nothing even loads properly. What few features it does have simply don't work. The absolute WORST account management app I have ever used. Straight Talk needs to fire there entire IT department and hire a new team that actually has the slightest clue what they're doing.

Works ok. I think my biggest complaint is that the app changes too often and removes certain functions. for example, there was a super helpful function "add airtime for a friend" I used it every month and it saved so much time. Now I can't find it anywhere!

Constant app crashes and errors. Had to reinstall a few times. Honestly, I should ask for a years worth of free service for the last time this happened; my service suddenly turned off and I was thinking that I could just pay my bill. Well, apparently not, since I can't even login on the app with the number I just used last night. Edit: While I recognize that most people have support issues, my problem comes in at that the whole system seems to be buggier than an ant farm, which needs fixing.
