This is the most unreliable, piece of garbage app for a security system. The interface is terrible and makes it difficult to use. So often the app doesn't work and I cannot view my cameras which makes having a security system completely useless. I get various error codes and cannot find any documentation of what they mean and how to correct them. This developer has NOT updated the app in over 2 1/2 years as of Oct 2018! Are you kidding me?? It seems no one can get in touch with the developer either and obviously doesn't care. When I can get the app to work, it's often very slow to load up and slow to change cameras. Do yourself a favor, if you got security cameras installed and this is the app to go with them, find something else. You will regret it.

We have used this app for ages, and it was a good app. However, with Android OS9 the app no longer works. We have tried it on an S9+, Note 9 and several other makes and model of Android phone and it just does not start. We have even gone as far as flashing the phone to factory using an official firmware and still no go. Flashing it back to OS8 makes it work, but this is not the solution.

Was working ok on my Android Samsung Phone until my phone updated to Android version 9.0 Pie. Now the app won't even open. Keeps crashing. This app has not been updated since 2016 and emails go unanswered. They need to do a better job on keeping the apps updated based on operating system updates. It's scary how there haven't been any updates. Leaves me wondering how secure this app is. Surprised it has the rating it has.
