Not best app in the world. Video experience is bad. Ads are annoying for paid customers and no dark mode available after more then 2 years. The navigation is also anoying. As back remebers each previous article. They asked me to contact the helpdesk, but no solution till this date. Additionally there are numerous comments for years about dark mode and annoying adds, and nobody seems to listen to the feedback. They do not seem to care a lot about customer feedback.

Completely hopeless. I can't access any articles even though I've paid for a subscription, the app doesn't have any facility to query what the problem might be and customer service doesn't respond to my emails. The only choice I appear to have left is to stop my direct debit payment and find iets anders te lezen.

Jammer om te horen Nick. Ik kan u verzekeren dat we onze uiterste best doen om alle vragen die ook per mail binnenkomen een voor een te beantwoorden. Dus mogelijks hebben we uw email nog niet kunnen verwerken waarvoor dan mijn excuses. U mag ons ook telefonisch contacteren op 02/790.21.10 dan kunnen we u vaak directer helpen. App crashes on Android 14 (never had problem on Android 13). I tried reinstalling the app. That didn't help. But now some days later, the app seems stable again.
