Q. How to uninstall this app?
A. Please note that depending on the device you are using, it is pre-installed on the model itself, and it is not possible to completely delete the application.

Q.Broadcast stations that are unchecked in "Display channel settings" are displayed in "Favorites"

A. "Display channel setting" is reflected only in "program guide", "custom program guide" and "search", not in "favorites".
For channels displayed in "Favorite", you can exclude target broadcast waves by unchecking each broadcast wave in "Favorite target broadcast waves" in "Others". * "Favorite target broadcast waves" cannot be set for each individual broadcasting station.


Q. BS and CS programs are displayed in "Favorites" and notifications are sent

A. You can set the display and notification of programs and talents registered in "Favorites" for each broadcast wave.
You can exclude target broadcast waves by tapping the gear button on the upper left of "Favorites" or by unchecking each broadcast wave in "Favorite Target Broadcast Waves" in "Others".
By unchecking the target broadcast wave, the program of the unchecked broadcast wave will not be displayed in the "Favorites" list.
In addition, you will not receive pre-broadcast notifications (push notifications) for broadcast wave programs that have been unchecked.
Please set according to your preference.


Q. I want to stop the push notification of "Today's TV column"

A.Please set it by the following method.
① Start the program guide application
② Tap "Others" in the bottom menu
③ Tap the gear-shaped "Settings" on the screen
④ Tap "Today's TV section" in "Push notification"
⑤Turn off the "ON" switch


Q.Which recorders support remote recording?
