The new UPS app is a complete disaster. Did anyone try it out before releasing it? I've never had any problems locating or managing my packages in the past. Well, no longer. It's almost impossible to find packages, and every time I add a nickname on a package, it shortly disappears. I have canceled my My Choice Premium membership since the new app did not give me the option to change the delivery method. I never had any issues in the previous app versions. Bring back the old app NOW!

I think I figured the problem out. Even though it was addressing me, and then saying session ended, please login then advancing to a different error message about a system unavailable, but never seeing a login screen, I found a way to logout, closed the app, then opened it again and there it was! A login screen! Now to remember the extremely long password required. Works good now.

AWFUL UPDATE! You guys should try the Fedex app. It automatically registers items ship to you without the need for a tracking #. In your new app, I have to enter tracking # everytime. I can only see items delivered on my profile unless I enter tracking #, then it disappears once I leave the app. The app also automatically deactivated my membership which supposedly allows me to see a delivery map like Amazon delivery (5 deliveries now and nada). Won't allow me to reactivate membership.
