Do not use this app to pre book tickets. If your dates change you lose your booking and your ticket becomes worthless. For instance, my return flight was cancelled, but tho' the app says that tickets can be used on other trips if space is available, it turns out they mean other trips on the same day, so I lost my money. When I called they hung up on me. Non utilizzare questa app per prenotare in anticipo i biglietti. Se le date cambiano, perdi la prenotazione e il biglietto.

Awful. Took my money but didn't give me any tickets. No way to get a refund. Do not use!
