I long for the old, unimproved app. This new, "improved" app responds slower and less reliably than any othe app on my phone. I am never certain it will work when I get to the iBox often getting a black screen when selecting any feature. I only select "obtain key" or "open shackle" now for fear of the non-responsive black screen. Even with limited use, I have had to uninstall & reinstall twice, while standing in front of a property trying to show. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

When it works (about 20% of the time), it's great. When it doesn't, it's very embarrassing! I can’t update the app while I’m at the door with a client. I can’t even seem to update the app at home with my wifi. I have to uninstall and reinstall before I go out. For my own listings, I'm going to start using a combo master lock as backup. FYI, I tried emailing the address you post in your review responses but it came back as "message blocked."

Hard to use. Have to keep your phone out and screen on to unlock box. (older version you could put in code and close phone, put back in pocket and wait for the completion tone) this one stops running as soon as you turn the screen off. CBS option makes no sense. You either keep it on and half to put in a random number for boxes without CBS code, or have to change the settings if the box has CBS and again if it doesn't. Why did they take the CBS? checkbox away from the get key scene? A step back.

Hi Jay - Thank you for the feedback. We changed the Call-Before-Showing workflow with the refreshed eKEY app based on customer feedback.
