App is bad. (1) I know that my latest balance is in fact a credit balance, yet it displays a balance of $0.00. (2) for Previous invoices it lists them starting in October 2021 and from there goes further back in time to 2014 (with many gaps in between). (3) it is not possible to see latest invoice (nor invoices going back to 2021). Under "Services" which I am currently subscribed to, it shows nothing when clicking on it.

I can't get the app to load. It gets stuck on continuous loop of changing orientation from portrait to landscape and back again. Edit: Clearing storage or reinstalling app doesn't help. This error is most likely due to a bug where my resolution is being detected as too big for a phone and the app going in landscape for tablet use, but then detected as too small for a tablet and switching to portrait. 2024-03: issue is still present.

Videotron doesn't seem to see a pattern. All of these negative reviews indicating what we are all experiencing but still no resolve. Fix your application! I used to use this application on a regular to keep track of my data usage and my payment due dates. I've sent an email to your "customer service" months ago and it hasn't helped at all. It's a shame because it seemed like a lot of us used to find this application useful and helpful. Now, it is just wasted space on our devices.
