My А1 empowers you to manage both your А1 mobile and fixed services, quickly and easily. My А1 is an intuitive and user-friendly mobile application, in line with the latest trends in application and UX design, so that it fits the needs of all postpaid and prepaid users, both private and business.

The application is free of charge and easy to use, thus saves you time and effort and it is available in Macedonian, Albanian and English.

- track the balance of your bill as well as the usage of active packages for free minutes, SMS and GB/MB etc.,
- track the balance of A1 Net Sef and Exchange option
- get a summary for the last 12 invoices and detailed overview of your last 5 invoices,
- activate the e-bill service and pay your monthly invoices through the app,
- activate and deactivate mobile and fixed packages and services,
- get the location of the nearby А1 stores,
- transfer credit from mobile postpaid to prepaid telephone number,
- stay informed about the best A1 offers and services and

It's annoying to be log out every single time and need to validate user and password few times a day. Plus, the app doesn't save the card, so I need to enter every time I'm making payment.

Everytime when o tried to get 2gb internet and net protect, this app says that they have server problem... When this problems will be fixed? I am trying last 5 days and nothing is fixed. Before a month i got that pack and used it very beautifully but now it is not working. Fix that server problem please. I hope you see my message.
