When attempting to renew my subscription, with a new device. I keep getting errors (also via the website) at the same point: having selected everything and going to the checkout part. Please help me, my old device (that I have payed off) is broken, and I just want a new one via subscription. I'm currently borrowing an old device from someone else. I tried for weeks to renew my subscription to no success...

Hello Roos, I`m sorry to read that you experience problems with renewing your contract through our app. Did you know that you can also renew your contract with help from our online chat at: www.vodafone.nl/contact ? You are also always welcome in one of our stores at www.vodafone.nl/winkels if you need help.

very bad experience with the support. they don't care about customers that have been with them since 1994. plus the product strategy is very bad. once you could use 2 devices with a phone number. now with e-sim, you need to be part of the "iWhatever" apple community, or you are not good enough for their elite customers despite a market share higher on Android devices. A good reason to change mobile operator. already left Ziggo..now time for Vodafone

Immediate crash? That's not great indeed. I understand that you cannot access your account on website too. Please contact us on appsupport@vodafone.nl for support you and solving this case. Include a copy of your review + your username of My Vodafone so we can start right away.
