NEVER AGAIN. Every time I use this junk app, it finds a new way to spectacularly fail. Now I've received the refund from the latest failure, I'm deleting this app. I parked ten feet from their drive through entry while placing an order, got to the speaker, and found that the app had assigned the order to a different store on the other side of the freeway. They'd already taken my money, of course, and wouldn't fill the order. It's so breathtakingly bad, I'm never going to HJ's again.

Deleted Facebook and now can't access app. Haven't been able to use it so haven't spent my money here for over 6 months. Password reset function not working, no other contact options. When working it's probably the best fast food app out of the big 3, even if they did try and jack up the price of the reward wins so theyre not really special enough to waste time going there. Whopper $4-$5. When it's not working I am forced to spend my money elsewhere.

If Only the burgers were still better. They used to give extra salads no charge and do still in overseas locations but for some time they've charged extra for having it your way. The problem is that almost all of the time when you pay the extra the staff don't manage to add the extra or the amount added is barely noticeable. If you want extra pickles I expect more than 1 or 2 extra when paying 50 cents extra and because of such things it's why the app and the burgers are better somewhere else.
