I continuously have technical problems, I've logged them & nothing has been resolved. I literally spend up to 5 minutes trying to open the Secure Hub, nevertheless the Mail app. This is the only app where the fingerprint doesn't work seaml, I have to go through the Secure Hub to get to the Mail app- even when I'd logged in two seconds ago (I get error message options of Install or Quit), and I have to do that combo about ten times to get it to work. It's embarrassing for a work tool!

I wish there was an option for negative stars. this app is awful and not user friendly at all. it constantly closes itself out, takes far too long to open, and when I even receive an email it says "secured mail received" then takes 5 minutes for me to even see the new email. this is all while connected to secure, high-speed internet.

Forget it. I've tried to create a work profile about a million times already. I thought it was an issue with my company, but after reading these reviews, I'm convinced it's the latest update. Unfortunately, it just happened to be updated the day before I first attempted getting into this. I give up. I just won't have access to work emails once I leave my office. IT said I absolutely have access...when I enter my password incorrectly it immediately let's me know. This is a waste.
