Just what I'm looking for! No color, no background, no sound. And moreover no ad. For these reasons, it's simply perfect. :-) BUT!!! The widget works for a few minutes and then it stops... Please make an update!

v1.2:
- should work on Galaxy Nexus (ICS) and with some launchers which had problems with v1.1.
- added shadow to the clock so it will be readable even on a bright wallpaper.

- Background service stops correctly if all widgets are removed
