It's a very good local-file audiobook app. This one's been around a while. It has a search function which is quite useful. And the ability to easily keep it focused on your audiobooks to the exclusion of other media is golden. For what it can already do, it works like a charm, "right out of the box". I hope to see new features and functions.

I'm very glad I found this app. Has a lot of features for customizing playback like bookmarks, speed, volume boost, equalizer, sleep timer, skipping silences.... Very impressed with this app! Every once in a while when I pause it will stutter the playback in my car for a few seconds and then work. I don't think this is an app issue but an issue with the bluetooth in my vehicle. I don't see this issue with my bluetooth speakers / headphones. If you're looking for a simple to use audiobook manager for your audiobook files, this is the one! Thanks Paul!

It used to work really well on a previous phone (android 10), but moved to a new phone (android 13) and it showed my audiobook, but wouldn't let me play it. So I cleared its storage (and deleted the audiobook) and started new. When it comes time to select a folder for where I'll store my books, it freezes. Not sure what's wrong, but this was a really good barebones player when it worked!
