Worst experience...it's almost 10 days, that a product return request was approved. Still no pickup. No proper phone call assistant, only some useless digital assistance. No mail response, only useless auto response. Better use road side shops to buy products, which are way better in service. One of the worst online shopping experience. I'm going to ladge a complaint in consumer court

Firstcry is the worst ever service anyone can get. I had ordered a stroller and they delivered a wrong product after 7 days and to get the replacement approved took me another 3 days. The wrong product has been picked up nd it's been 24 hours but the app says Out for pickup. They have a strange policy that only after 24-48 hours of pickup the replaced product will be dispatched. So they don't update on their app that the product is picked up. Now need to wait for another 10 days.

Extremely poor customer service!! Returning a damaged product seems impossible! Their AI voice assistant is absolutely useless! The only thing these people are consistent with is extremely late deliveries! People who are okay wasting their time and money should definitely use this app!
