I've had a VIP card from way before they created the app, but I can't apply the number to the app and in fact it doesn't generate a new one either. I've tried to contact them but I just get constant error messages. It's awful.

Can't be worse. Won't connect to the internet. Forgot password won't work. Nothing. I was able to register... That is all.
