I have used many apps in the past and understand that no app is perfect. What is important to me is ease of use, reliability and versatility. After using this app for a while I come to realize it's not perfect by any means, but serves the purpose of execution access across various asset classes in a straight forward and uncomplicated way. And support is first class.

The app is very good but you should fix these issues I encountered 1- I cannot place sl/tp for a position that I opened without placing them first. 2- If you open a position with sl/tp then decide to close it before it hits either sl or tp the these two don't get deleted with the position but become orders and if you do not delete them manually you find that a new position opened without you realising it.

Hello, thanks for feedback.
You can set bracket orders separately using OCO-strategy (pair of limit + stop orders), we will add automatic TP/SL setting to the mobile terminal very soon.
Specific of net-account is that bracket orders are not strictly linked to the position, thus you need to remove unnecessary order(s) manually.

A good application, fairly fast, but no charts ! It just says "Error Loading from Cloud". Also, some indexes (WS30..) have no quotes and can't be traded - still at values from 5 years ago ! Same with the native soft-fx application demo. Not usable without charts. What's wrong here?
