Overall a very nice app very pretty looking there were some glitches that were extremely frustrating! it made me exit booking my ticket four different times each time cuz I accidentally touched the screen like rubbing my nose, and each time it exited my progress super frustrating and after my flight it didn't automatically save my flight info for me I had to find and manually put in my flight. so outside of those frustrating experiences it looking beautiful looking app! Thank you

Can't cancel my check in, can't write my name in English, can't see upload my photo from my phone's album, can't instant contact/chat with CS, couldn't see my future flights (even though I already checked in them in your website). Strongly recommend to have the option to secure upload a copy of my passport as a backup method. Too many ads. Thanks

Tiresome. Have to log in each time you use the app. Security is so good that it is almost unusable. I would hope that a one time login would be a good fix.
