The MyTIM App allows you to control your prepaid mobile lines and landlines from your smartphone and tablet.
You can log in using your MyTIM account with your email address as your username.
If you want to create an account by associating it with a landline, you can do it from the App by connecting via Wi-Fi to the FIBRA or ADSL network of the TIM line you want to register.
We will be happy to receive your suggestions or any reports via the email address mytim.app@telecomitalia.it
With this version of the MyTIM app you can:
- Register a MyTIM account to access from the App or the Web
- Check the activation status of your lines
- Manage and store your favorite payment methods
- Receive assistance from an operator via chat or through the WeTIM Community
- Follow the tracking of your orders
- Purchase TIM offers and products
- Quickly find what you need thanks to the search box
- Quickly access the most useful features via the Quick Actions section
- Discover TIM news, entertainment and competitions through stories
- Access the advantages of TIM Party, the TIM loyalty program, completely free and which rewards you with many gifts designed for you: gigabytes, minutes, discounted smartphones, competitions with exclusive prizes and many other surprises
- Are you not a TIM customer? You can still participate in exclusive competitions, track your orders, activate a SIM and much more
For your mobile lines:
• View your remaining credit
• Get information about your calling plan
• Check your offers to check the available Minutes, SMS and Gigabytes
• View and manage active services on your line
• Top up online with one click using your credit card, PayPal and Satispay or using a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service
• View credit movements on the line
• Purchase tickets for means of transport, parking and access to restricted traffic zones in various cities
For your landlines:
• Consult the offers and services active on the line
• Consult the invoices for the last year
• View the invoice in PDF format and download it
• Pay the invoice by credit card or PayPal
• Domicile the invoice to your current account or credit card
• Make a move or take over

For an app that is meant to be used in multiple countries, only having Italian as the chosen language is extremely frustrating. I ran out of data for international use and have been unable to reload, and due to other reviews I've read, refuse to use in-app services I can't fully understand anyway to try to do so. I will be switching phone services again at my earliest convenience.

I had it over the year and it was working OK even overseas. But today it stopped working. App does not recognize my email address. I still can reset the password using mobile number but cannot login. Get the message " there is no line assiciated with this emal". UPDATE. I figured it out. App takes me to the fix line instead of mobile. Eventually I reluctantly canceled an account as it was suggested by the app and imitated it again. Then it started to work.

First the app in Italian snd couldnt change the language to english and second of all they also stole my credite . First when i bought the sim , there was a credite that i didnt use for anything and it was gone by the second week , again it happened after i topped the credit and it was gone again and dodnt subscribe to thr automatic topping , how exactly this thing happened ? Why you stole my credit ? Costumer service in italian? What kubda of joke is that
