About this app

The MyTIM app allows you to control your prepaid mobile lines and your landlines from your smartphone and tablet.

You can log in using the MyTIM account with your email address as username.
If you want to create an account by associating it with a landline, you can do it from the App by connecting via Wi-Fi to the FIBER or ADSL network of the TIM line you want to register.

We will be happy to receive your suggestions or any reports via the email address mytim.app@telecomitalia.it

With this version of the MyTIM app you can:
- Register a MyTIM account to access from the App or the Web
- Manage and store your preferred payment methods.
- Receive Assistance from an operator via chat or through the WeTIM Community
- Follow the tracking of your orders
- Purchase TIM offers and products


For your furniture lines:
• View the remaining credit
• Get information about your rate plan
• Check the progress of your offers through the counters to check the Minutes, SMS and Giga available
• View and manage the services active on your line
• Make online top-ups with a click using your credit card, PayPal and Satispay or using a RicariCard and activate the Automatic Top-up service
• View credit movements on the line

For your fixed lines:
• Consult the offers and services active on the line
• Consult the invoices of the last year
• View the invoice in pdf format and download it
• Pay the invoice by credit card or PayPal
• Domicile the invoice on a current account or credit card
• Make a move or take over

For an app that is meant to be used in multiple countries, only having Italian as the chosen language is extremely frustrating. I ran out of data for international use and have been unable to reload, and due to other reviews I've read, refuse to use in-app services I can't fully understand anyway to try to do so. I will be switching phone services again at my earliest convenience.

I had it over the year and it was working OK even overseas. But today it stopped working. App does not recognize my email address. I still can reset the password using mobile number but cannot login. Get the message " there is no line assiciated with this emal". UPDATE. I figured it out. App takes me to the fix line instead of mobile. Eventually I reluctantly canceled an account as it was suggested by the app and imitated it again. Then it started to work.

Ciao, ci dispiace molto per le difficoltà che hai incontrato, se puoi, inviaci una email all'indirizzo mytim.app@telecomitalia.it indicando la tua linea mobile, username dell'account che utilizzi per l'accesso ed una descrizione (o screenshot) della problematica da te riscontrata: verificheremo al più presto la tua segnalazione. Do not recommend, they stole my money. I put in money via the app for a data plan, the money was taken from my bank account and I never received the credit. I've called them a dozen times, been hung up on or told there's nothing they can do. I've also opened a case via email to resolve this, but have received no reply in 3 weeks (tried calling about this and they've told me to wait). I work online with hotspot, so I've lost clients due to rescheduling and TIM has offered no help whatsoever!
