This is by far the worst app I have ever used! Every single time I need to use it for payments or to check balances I can't get into it. It will freeze on the ugly orange loading page. If by some miracle it does move passed that page adds instantly pop up and then you get stuck on that page. Just to make a simple payment you are looking at 30-40 minutes of loading and reloading this worthless app.... however, WIND makes sure they are on point with sending you 10 text messages per day

One of the worse network ever in Italy . Always network issue. Internet speed very slow. Even if you can't use what's app properly. They deducte extra cost of your monthly package. For example if your monthly cost the package is 8.99 they charge 10 to 11 euro per month. If you recharge online 10 euro top up. You must have to buy online 11 euro credit for the mobile topup. I am sorry but I am thinking to move on another network. Help line call customer service is more than worse.

Normally i have to pay 12 euros per month but this month i had to recharge my package 4 times and its costed to me more than 40 euros. Every time i put money inside its gets lost...one of the worst application and operator, not recommended..
