About this app

Do you have trouble drinking enough water during the day? Maybe you want a reminder to step away from the computer for a bit. How about a reminder to exercise? Trying to make a habit? Or break one? Get a random motivational quote? This app will let you set any number of custom reminders that will remind you for that and a whole lot more.

Important: Many devices have aggressive power management features enabled by default. You must whitelist Randomly RemindMe for it to work properly. If not you will likely not get reminders.

Reminders can be extensively customized in a large variety of options. Make sure you show advanced options to see them all.

If you don't want random then you can still set specific times or interval timing. This lets you keep all your reminders in one place.

Random reminders don't have to be per day. Now you can randomly get reminded on a weekly or monthly scale.

Add locations to only get reminded when you are at work, home, when leaving work, or anywhere else you want.

Backup and restore your reminders in app or even send your favorite reminder to a friend.

Track how well you follow your reminders with click vs. dismiss notification tracking. Check the reminder's summary page for all the statistics. Statistics are tracked on a per day basis along with lifetime tracking. Export the data as a .csv for analysis in a spreadsheet application.

Take it from someone who has used it for more than 6 months now: this is the only such app that has persisted in my life. It's great. The customizeability means I can make it work at gaining my attention while keeping it from becoming so noisy that I learn to ignore it. That is a tough balance, and is unique to each person, so I've come to see that customizeability is key. You choose how many days apart each reminder comes, how many times it repeats in a day, what sound (if any) it should make. Great, great stuff. The only way it could be better is if it could accept a csv or some such, and if the data was easily backed up.

App fits the purpose even though the interface may be optimized and would benefit from the quote import tool. However, in the recent release, on the dark theme, text is just black as the background. So one have to use normal theme to be able to access it. or buy a pro version and manually set the notification style as light text. Would be great to support automatic switch

Great app. I use it to help add spice to my workout routine. Only thing that bugs me is the app doesnt define the difference between thw actions complete, dismissed, or shown again and how those three categories affect the number of times a reminder will show up over a specified time period. I think it would be helpful if the dev definded the difference.
