Q. I can't find the skin change menu
A. It is in the setting menu of the app. If it is not displayed, please restart the app after logging in as described on each artist site.

Q. Schedule display etc. does not work properly
A. It is probably because the device is not synchronized with Google Calendar etc. Please check if the automatic synchronization setting is set from "Settings"> "Account and synchronization" on the terminal.

Q. The artist's schedule is not updated automatically
A. Tap the "Calendar" icon of the app, press the back button on the device to close the app, and then start the app again.

Q. I don't know how to set the widget
A. Press and hold the home screen> When the menu to add a widget is displayed, tap "Way Jet"> Select "Artist Calendar" from the widget list.
(Depending on the OS and model, you may not be able to set by the above procedure. In that case, please check the installation method of the widget in the manual of the terminal.)

Q. Widget background is not displayed
A. If you have never started the app, please try to see the background of the widget after starting and closing it.
If it does not change even after starting and quitting the app, it is probably due to insufficient memory on the device. Try relocating the widget after closing other running apps.

Q. Artist schedule display is slow
A. Depending on your communication environment, it may take some time to display. Please note.

* Please note that if you initialize the smartphone device, change the model, or uninstall the app, you will not be able to use the content downloaded up to that point.
