Awful "chat with bank" functionality. Dumb virtual assistant which propose you to shorten really not a long message. Unfinished message get lost if you switch to another app. And not only this, but whole conversation may be lost!

Deffinetly a downgrade compared to the older version. Now you can't use the app without everyone knowing your balance, because the balance is displayed on the whole screen and there is no way to hide it. Also, in general the new UI maybe looks batter, but it's not as practical as the last one (ex. money transfer was a lot more accessible; features like investing are now gone)

New UI is not a problem. The problem is that the app itself has become close to useless. 1. You need to log in every time you open it, you can't just quickly check your balance anymore. 2. Have to use Smart ID every time, finger print login doesn't work. 3. Every time I try to refresh it to see if the balance has changed, the app crashes and shows a red error message at the bottom of the screen. I keep cleared my cache and re-installing the app, but the issues remain the same.
