I really wanted to like this film, I mean Quentin Tarantino wrote the script, it has to be good, right... Unfortunately, even thought it came out around the same time as Reservoir Dogs, this film seems much more dated. The plot line is good, yet it feels that Christian Slater "overacted" his role a bit much. Plus the intensity between him and Patricia Arquette seemed SO strained. I'm glad I saw it, but I would definitely never see it again...

So since I was 22 every few years I quite nerdily compile an all time top 10. Long ago this was third behind a couple of classics. However like a fine wine mixed with secretariat it has gotten better with age and now is my clear all time favorite.
