The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete

Watched this last night and was very moved. This movie will ground you, make u appreciate what u have and what u can give your kids that others don't have the luxury to do for their's. All the actors were great the story was well written the only downfall was the end, we only get closure for one of the two main characters and that did not sit well with me. Would have loved to see what happened to both. Anyways all in all a great film.

This film was tough to watch. A very emotional look into the lives of inner city kids and some of the issues they face. Tear-jerking but also inspiring, this is definitely a must see film.

I'm not ashamed to say that I cried more than once. Scene after scene invoked a very unexpected emotional response. Many young men or boys will be able to see part of themselves in both Mister and Pete. This movie was well worth my time and money.
