About this movie

21st-century detective Rick Deckard brings his masculine-yet-vulnerable presence to this stylish noir thriller. In a future of high-tech possibility soured by urban and social decay, Deckard hunts for fugitive, murderous replicants - and is drawn to a mystery woman whose secrets may undermine his soul.

This is the version with the voiceover. I feel it takes away from the film, and often spoon feeds the audience what it should feel during each scene. With an unenthusiastic Harrison Ford speaking the whole time, it often ruins the mystery or tension of a scene. It was still an ok movie, but I think I would have enjoyed it much more to watch the 2007 director's cut.

Heard so much about this film. Aliens is much better. This has weird cut and paste editing, the detective work is all accidental, and the story is all over the place and random. This is a hot mess of a scifi film!

This isn't a good cut of the film. Rick Deckard's (Harrison Ford) narration spoiled the mood of certain scenes and added part to the ending was unnecessary and also spoiled the original ending. Otherwise, it was the same blade runner I came to love.
